The Way I See It. (SS Break piece)

My first OM in a while. It's a little long. Feed will be returned, I'm going out now, but I will post links by tomorrow afternoon. Toodles.

    I'm not tryin' to preach,
    I'm dyin' to reach through
This wall of matter to your shattered mind that defeats you!
And the bars of my cage
Get ripped so far out place,
My freedom's assured like we lead to the herd starting the race,
But the way that I see things
We've all paid for the key rings,
But even bravery's bitten by slavery's bee stings...
"These things happen... Just sit down and say nothin'."
And I'm the stupid one for speaking and asking "Are they bluffin'?"
Say somethin'! Speak up! Question this bullshit!!!
I'm pretty sure if you ran this you would be full of it!

There's so many holes in the story,
Men that were opposed to the glory
I'd like to believe we won't fight when we see world war three...
Where's the links to the chain?
Someone who thinks with their brain,
And a reason for all this bleedin' and why we shrink from the frame?
The big picture's in sight, Whites
read their scripture at night, Fights
break out on the street and we scream that Jesus isn't what Zeitgeist
    Says he is, Orwellians,
We see life as a game -
    It might be the name,
But the angle is as likely to blame ---
    Us for the past,
Raise up what's in the glass -
Love isn't asked, it's given or kept
And in it reflects what each one of us has...

Is it the fear in me?
    Is it so clearly we
Can't even see what's behind us when we're blind to conspiracy?
    This is classic, it's fresh,
    It's magic we test,
It's the science of a reliance in which we had to invest...
    If we hadn't been taught
    By a pattern we've thought
Was the way to live we might say it is a Pad and a lock...
    They depend on our arrogance,
    Our friendly inheritance,
And this fucked up idea of what a family and parent is...
I know how the fluid flows,
I know what they do to those
of us who rebel and try to say what they won't tell about UFO's...
Just see what the facts tell,
And who profits from tax, hell,
If you don't see the symbol for them ask Jordan Maxwell!
The claim to bliss is the same as this---
We may exist but why if life's just a game for kids?
The flame that gives the spark is there-
And his mark is fair ---
It's us and everything else ---
    So why are we scared?

    Hall of Fame,

I loved this piece man. Seriously did. The wording was really nice, I felt a lot of the placement did more then just help the flow. It seemingly built it even when a rhyme wasn't in place. Your rhymescheme was beautiful man, I seriously felt pretty cool for once by reading this. Your imagery was pretty nice, I liked a lot of the similies or metaphores here as well man. Emotionally, this was a hardcore piece. Not sad or anything but a real adrenaline rush. Your meaning behind it was very vivid. Overall great read. Hit up 'It Takes Two to Kill a Knight' I think it's on the second or third page of OM. It was nominated for Hall of Fame so go check in the nominations thread.

Is that a record for HoF nomination? Christ, that was like four minutes.

Thanks. I really gotta go, though, I just hit refresh and saw this, thanks for the quick response, I honestly really liked this piece, I got to write about what I wanted instead of topic-driven SS shit, so... I dunno... was really like breaking out, like in the first few lines, I mean, the piece just started evolving and writing itself, almost. Anyways, thanks again, I be back in a few hours.

The whole piece was nice man..your probably my favorite writer to read on this site. Your shits inspiring, an it flows so fluantly. An there's so much behind it, you never get carried away with multi's..yet you use them perfect. This piece is a prime example, I liked the meta's you used, they were sick. I was gonna nom this until I seen two people already got the same idea.. lol, you can hit up either of my om's..one should be near the top of the list, Falling Through..an the other is frontpaged in the middle of the list, I'll Never Walk Again, feed would be appreciated.. but you dont' have too. Peace man, keep writing I enjoy reading

That stood out to me from the rest of the piece for some reason I can`t really get a grip on lol. Good shit. The flow on the 3rd verse was crispy near the end. Keep doin` ur thing.
