What program can I use to sample?

I have no idea about sampling so this question seems stupid to you


Is there a program where you import a .mp3 file or what?

What is it and whats the extension of what you can import and basically cut open and use the bass or the piano or whatever (is it .wav, .mp3, or what?)

first of all, you can't separate each instrument from a song. that's impossible. secondly, there are tons of programs that you can sample with. Mosy likely you would use the same program you make your beat with.

I use cubase to cut a sample up and then export it and import it to fruityloops


only because ii wasn't to sure about doing it in fruity loops
