Take a second to close your eyes, and relax your mind,
imagine a beach with clear skies, the waves from blue to white.
A coconut drink in your hands, the sand between your toes- dry,
pretend your life has been this nice since the beginning of time.
Take your index fingers and massage your skull, small circles please,
at the outside end of your eyebrows where your hairline meets.
Act like it's the smooth caress from that ocean's breeze,
and remember to remain relaxed and continue to calmly breathe.
When you're ready, let's journey through an odyssey,
pass the jungle, away from the seagulls and water's peace.

a familiar voice that echoes through the falling rain.
Run to it and fixate your curiosity, I promise it's okay,
what's the worst that can happen? It's all in your brain.
You find a little boy with something in his hands,
the grass is much greener but only where he stands.
You ask what he's holding, and he shows you a stem,
with flowers more beautiful than the mind can comprehend.
Now, do you take it or let the boy enjoy what he found?
One choice plants Greed, the other doesn't touch the ground.
I can't decide for you, this is where my voice fades out,
and you must make a decision before the sun rays cloud.
I leave the seed with the child, because it's not mine to take,
we trade each other's smiles then I continue on my way.
I travel for awhile before coming to a lake,
dip one foot in before diving through an underwater cave.
I pull back some vines like they were emerald curtains,
discovering a place where I no longer have these urges.
This cleared my mind, but I mean, nobody's perfect,
thank you for your time, doc, I was really hurtin'...
