BTW... 140 grams of protien a day.. N lifting in sets of 4-6 till failure n you'll get big fast..
creatine would also help, but its kinda lame cuz ur muscles look like they sprung a leak once you stop using it.
But Protein intake and Overload are the most important things... Take protein pre and post work out..
Protein Protein Protein... You cant get big without it.
