wow... trust me, its big enough.

and im not going to have 2 studios... im going to have a control room, a live room, and a booth.... other than that... a office, a lounge, and a front lobby area...

the other commercial property we were looking at before was like 3200 sqft... which was way too much space.

this spot is like 1350 sqft, so, its really more than enough room. These pics dont really do it any justice, because the walls are still setup from the store that used to be there. Its not setup how we're gonna have it at all. (I have a quicktime video of the whole area, but it'll take to long to upload, and i dont have time today...)

Its gonna get gutted, and opened up, and then reframed.

and it is in a shopping center opey, it's right next to a cigar shop... were they sell bongs n shit... LMAO. Its a really busy area... we'll be the first studio in our area that's been setup in a real busy place. So it should bring about a good amount of business. We'll be pushing the live room part real hard in advertising, so we can get all the "bands" in at our spot.

and damn i cant remember what the lease cost was at the moment... it's a lil over 1 G a month tho. It's not bad at all considering the last place we were gonna get, was gonna be owner financed, and would have been like 4 thousand something a month.
