I got mixed feeling on all this type of shit... Our government lumps alot of things into the category "sexual offenderr".... I have one cousin who has to register as one because he was 19 and had sex with a 16 or 17 yr old... and I got another cousin that has to register as one because of doing some stupid shit when he was 13.... one of his little girlfriends LET him duck tape her arms behind her... but then he wouldn't let her up when she wanted... she got pissed and told her parents... so he went to juvi until 18 and is now considered a "sexual offender" and has to register....
