    1. Run the Setup and install cubase sx3
    2. UNINSTALL CUBASE SX 3
    3. GOTO PROGRAM FILES/STEINBERG/CUBASE SX3 and delete the single DLL file (SYNSOACC.DLL) in the folder.
    4. GOTO WINXP/SYSTEM32 FOLDER and delete SYNSOACC.DLL
    5. GOTO PROGRAM FILES/SYNCROSOFT and click on "unwise.exe". Let it uninstall but dont delete anything from the folderr on your own!
    6. REBOOT
    7. REINSTALL
    8. REBOOT

    NOW IT SHOULD WORK.
