this is the beginning of the end...
the fading of the traditional colors... white for the blank stares of the president who wouldnt know what he's was talking about if he wrote his own damn speeches himself...//
red for blood shed over grounds that arent even american soil..
blue for the bruised body of an iraqi child just playing in his back yard and getting hit with an unexpected gernade launched from a man who at the same time is still a boy...//
straight outta high school when they handed him his diploma they handed his his ak- 47... his lethal weapon//
but this child dosent even know what he's fighting for... but he's been dreaming of serving his country the best way he can since age 4//
and because his dad was in the army and his dads dad was in the army and his father was in the army he feels its his place to be IN THE ARMY...//
and this is my AMERICA something to be happy for...// while my brother who's mother is an Iraqi woman is fighting for something... to be an AMERICAN to be excepted so he joined the war...//
theres something i dont quite understand... how is it that we can stop promoting violence on tv cause thats todays youths doom... but u can show clips of whats going on in Bahgdad in a fuckin classroom... and why is it that so many soldiers are so angry at a human beings that they have never met that they feel the need to steal this persons breath...//
who are we to invade someones home land and tell them that their wrong for the things that they do... come on have u not opend ur eyes ro what goes on in our COUNTRY..//
but this is MY AMERICA the land of the free and the used and abused and the stubborn and the crooked ass politicians that say they arent but are really just in it for the fame and money//
