Politicans and commerical rap flood our screens with propaganda
Hiphop culture's so violent... ban their music that's the answer
That parents give because their kids caught in our trap
The government even labeled it... they say that music's for blacks
It okay for them to disgrace their race and promote stereotypes
But it's not okay when they influence suburbian whites... that aint right
Or is it? let's critique Eminem, if never became a rapper would he better then?
I don't think so, but money tends to drive ones emotions
Instead of black role models endorsing college, they endorse 'high school'... smokin
Or insist showing how many ways they can diss our women
When children listen to these bars, they hear rapper embrace prison
But that's way their livin, until you MTV Cribs
After he's stripped of his 'realness' and even got white friends
Plus a white kid, he got from stepping out on a loyal sista
I'm spitting in many directions, you'll need a medic when it hits ya
... But hiphop's under sege and the 'real' emcee's are now in danger
