How the league will be run
I'm going to try to keep this simple. So, first of all, there will be a ten week battle season. people can sign in and out as they please. Then, there will be playoffs. I have run leagues for a long time, and I do realize it is unfair for people to just sign in at playoff time and win the league. To counter that, the people who do the best will be given 'bye' weeks. say, first place might have three byes straight, second and third may have two. I havent decided on that exactly but the winners during the season will have an advantage.

will LLL heads be allowed? Yes. It would be nearly impossible to stop them from competing if they really wanted to anyway - people can easily use IP blocks, new names, and all kinds of things to force their way in. although i could stop them, it would take too much work.. and this league is for fun & elevation anyway. battling good heads can only help. unless of course you are one of those kids that simply want glory against newbs, and that isnt really glory, is it?
what type of system will be used for rankings?
I'm not going to use a point system. It'll just go by win/loss.
who will be running LLL Jr?
Probably me, for a few weeks to get it started. once i find someone reliable they will probably take over.
will there be mags and stats? there will be stats, if by stats you mean rankings. there will also be mags, as soon as i find someone reliable to write them.
Are crew votes acceptable like the 1-2 punch league? no crew votes. there will be plenty of heads in this league.
Will the line limit be chosen by the battlers or will they be chosen by the moderators? mods will set a general limit, such as 10-20, battlers will decide exactly.
If you sign out and then sign back in, will your win-lose record be reset or will it be what it was when you signed out? same.

I'm, personally, one that feels ALL leagues should be money leagues.

I mean, sig accomplishments are fun, yeah...

But isn't catching some cash in the mail better?
