that's a good ass point. yeah I guess I made a bit of a generalization i think i was speaking more for the most common black voter demographic. as a sidebar I was talking to Dr. Levi Watkins who happens to be in that upper bracket and he doesn't like him either. but let's get back to the topic people c'mon focus, focus

Not all people that are rich are assholes, but still, the majority I find are. Theres always exceptions though. I personally feel disengranchised from both parties because:

1. I'm not for gun control (IE Assault Weapons Ban)
2. I'm for social programs ( IE welfare, mainly because I've been on it since I've came to America, and I know they work..as a sidenote, affordable housing projects need a serious ass overhaul)

I'm pretty much a liberal except for the 'anti-war/treehugger/enviromentalist' thing, and on gun control. So neithor party fits me well. Republicans don't like me because I'm a little socialist, and democrats think I'm a bastard republican ....

@ the-heir Fahrenheight 9/11 is liberal propaganda, and I grew up in a war zone, I know what war is like. I'm also on Delayed Entry Program for the USMC, so, most likely I will go to Iraq (if I make it through everything). And I still support Iraq. So poo on you.

I'm not saying that you don't have a valid point because i agree with you to an extent but i think that we do jump right down the throat of anyone that agrees with bush before we eve give them a chance. I would really like to understand the other side of the card and that's why I make this thread

I always liked how he's promising to do all things things if he wins the presidency, yet he's already president and he's not doing these things.

I've always loved how he supports schools by cutting of funds for them. And how he put in the No Child Left Behind act. I mean, it's brilliant how they make it a higher percentage of the school body be great test takers by expelling those that fail.

His genius behind singlehandedly destroying the manufacturing industry, especially for steel, is always a plus. And of course, to top it off he tried boosting the manufacturing industry by have fast food be labelled a manufacturing occupation.

And none of this involves the Iraq War so far. I mean, screwing over our troops by putting their funding in the hands of his bud Cheney's old company, and that company spending money on their own selves rather than much needed food and medical supplies... obviously that's a great reason to support Bush.

Should I continue? Bush is a great man. I feel much safer by him turning the most sympathy this country has ever had due to 9/11, and make it into even the Canadians wanting to bomb America. I feel much safer because he attacked two countries, making only more people upset at America signing up by the hundreds to rage a holy war against us. And his complete ignoring of any actual threats such as Iran or Korea is enough to make me sleep well at night.

Some of the shit in that move is fake. If you ever watch like the History channel and A&E it had a document on it. Some of it is reall....some is fake. The shit where he was readin a book, and they told him the tower was down...they made it look like he didnt do shit...he was on a plane coming to NY, what was he supposed to do? Prior to Bush our economy was headed downward, as the fiscal year ends well before the New President is in place (it's called research). Prior to Bush our policies on Korea, Syria, Iran, and Sudan were weak and watered down. Just recently they were revisited and given teeth. Good job on the way you hadled that there, you earned much more respect in my eyes for being truthful. I just wish Dan rathers would stand up and tell the public he had a personal attachment to the issue of GWB reserve records, that is what allwoed him to make such a mistake on publising that false document. When you want to belive something so bad, you find any means you can to back up your beliefs. It creates a huge margin for error and misinformation, that is why I have no emotional ties to my political preference. I can call GWB an idiot for not doing more to win over the public, yet I can still see past the assualt from our media, becase I am not hell bent on proving him wrong. That is why when most embrace conspiracy, I debunk, until I can see a logical reason to believe the same. So far, I have not. That is why I have a blossoming future in politics opening up for me, one I never thought possible some three years ago. I have been approached by both sides of this race, and each wishes to gain my support. Why becase I am dead center on political lines and I have no emotional or forcefeed attachments to either party. I am a JFK era Democrat, which has all but abondoned the current democratic parties ideology. 20 years ago I would have voted democrat if I was old enough, today the republican party best reperesents that core of ideas I once fell in love with as a child yerning to make a carrer for myself in politics. What was the dividing line some 20 years ago, has been errased and now that once bold and brazen party has been overrun with leftist secular socialist radicals, that have no realtion to those core values. It's about self expression and indiviualism, now don't get me wrong that is good, but I can not see it out wieghing traditional family values. Family before the indivdual, that is me by nature, before I do something for me, I make sure my family is taken care of.
