did/do you have to read assigned class books for your English or Lit classes or whatever?
If so, which books were they, and what did you think of them?
I've had to read "Lord of the Flies" and it was all right, and now I'm reading "A Separate Peace", and it's pretty lame.
I have to read lord of the flies soon, for my English class, seems ok.
I just got done with "To Kill A Mockingbird"
book is damn dope.

but the only one i REALLY enjoyed was CATCHER IN THE RYE
Lord of the Flies was enjoyable, but there was a lot of time spent detailing irrelevant details of the island they are on. Good plot though, a little unbelievable at most.
Lord of the flies is a fucking gay book,i couldnt read it through it was so boring.
So i just printed off the summary and read that for the test.

I think we are going to read Animal Farm next, and then maybe The Outsiders.
I have to do this thing called "Summer Reading", cause I'm going to be a freshman next year. Sucks. Have to read two books out of a group of 5 books, and we get to choose what group out of 3. Confusing. Hate it.
