i want to make a sig with this picture ive posted below but ive tried and fuckin tried and i cant get the hang of this whole graphix idea, so can someone make me a sig please with this picture or just help me alittle.

My cuz has this graphic program and I'm gona start using it, so I'll c if I can do it for you... But it might suck coz I'm new at this.
